At Solei Sea, we want you to love every step in our footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn sandals in their original packaging and include all tags. Securely seal the box to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
